The foundation prepared 80 scholar treasure boxes for the participants of the Asian Pacific Professional Network. They presented the “Hands on Culture Be a Scholar for a Day” activity. The activities consisted of creating a small floral arrangement, writing six Chinese Characters learned in 5 minutes and an 8 minute of Chinese Tea ceremony. Within 50 minutes, the Northrop Grumman staff experienced the a day in the life of Song Dynasty scholars from more than a thousand years ago.
